If your Full Size Jeep still runs its factory alternator, chances are it’s struggling to keep up with modern electrical demands. Extra lights, winches, upgraded stereos, or just years of wear can leave you with weak charging, dim headlights, or even a dead battery. The Powermaster 100 Amp Alternator is designed as a direct-fit upgrade to give your electrical system the boost it needs while keeping an OEM-style fit.
This alternator is located at the front of your engine and is driven by a belt. Its job is to keep the battery charged and supply power to all electrical systems while the engine is running.
Symptoms that may mean you need a new alternator:
Each Powermaster alternator is rebuilt in the USA and fully tested before shipping. It comes with a single-groove pulley, but if your Full Size Jeep uses a double-groove pulley, you can easily swap your old one over. On older models with an external voltage regulator, you can install this alternator with minor wiring changes—allowing you to eliminate the external regulator and simplify the system.

Reconditioned parts come with a minimum warranty of 90 days, unless otherwise stated (Refer to product listing for warranty duration). The warranty is void if the parts are not returned in the same condition in which they are sold. Warranties for aftermarket parts are covered by the manufacturer.
What Are My Shipping Fees?
For orders delivered within the continental US where reason for return isn't a result of a JeepRecyclers.com/McDaniel Motor Co. error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided. The flat fee for each item being returned can be found in the chart below:
