This Stock Replacement Oil Pan is designed for 1972-1991 Full Size Jeeps equipped with AMC V8 engines and is a direct-fit solution for restoring proper oil control while maintaining a factory-correct exterior appearance.
While it looks stock from the outside, this oil pan features internal horizontal baffling to help control oil movement during acceleration, braking, and cornering—an important upgrade over many basic replacement pans. Proper oil control helps maintain consistent oil pressure and protects internal engine components under real-world driving conditions.
Constructed from heavy-gauge steel, this pan is designed for proper fitment rather than mass-produced compromises. The pan is designed, fitted, welded, and plated in the USA, and includes a magnetic drain plug to help capture metallic debris between oil changes.
Oil capacity is 5 quarts plus filter, and the pan provides clearance for engines with up to a 4-inch stroke crankshaft. This makes it suitable for stock engines as well as mild performance or rebuild applications where durability and oil control matter.
Oil pan gasket not included.

For orders delivered within the continental US where reason for return isn't a result of a JeepRecyclers.com/McDaniel Motor Co. error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided. The flat fee for each item being returned can be found in the chart below:
