Introducing the redesigned FlowKooler Water Pump, featuring state-of-the-art CNC machined billet impeller blades that now boast 16 blades—double the amount of most standard water pumps. This innovative design significantly enhances flow rates and improves block pressure, ensuring your engine operates at optimal temperatures.
The pump is coated with a Type II Class II military-grade anodized surface, providing excellent protection against electrolysis and corrosive fluids. With tighter clearances between the impellers and incremental vanes, this water pump maintains consistent pressure, allowing coolant to flow efficiently and keeping your engine cool even in the most demanding conditions.
This new design increases block pressure by up to 22%, reducing hot spots on cylinder walls and preventing pockets of steam within the engine block. Additionally, the vane configuration can increase horsepower by up to 2.2%, enhancing your FSJ's overall performance.
By lowering engine temperatures by as much as 30 degrees, this water pump helps extend engine life and minimizes premature wear. At idle, it doubles the coolant flow compared to standard pumps and provides 20% more flow than high-volume alternatives, ensuring effective radiator function even at low speeds up to 3,500 RPM. This extra flow at idle promotes continuous circulation of coolant, preventing build-up in the heater core and radiator after the thermostat opens.
