Built to replicate the original factory design while improving durability using modern materials.

Features:

The internal structure uses engineered fiberboard engineered under high temperature and pressure that combines wood fibers, wax and resin to produce an inner structure that is flexible and strong, and moisture-resistant materials that are more stable than the untreated cardboard used in original visors. This helps prevent warping over time, especially in vehicles exposed to heat, humidity, or long-term storage.

Edges are precision beveled and routed, allowing the binding to sit cleanly and consistently around the visor perimeter. All materials are laminated together to reduce the chance of separation and ensure long-term durability.

The internal support structure includes galvanized steel channels for corrosion resistance and strength, secured using metal piercing rivets with a zinc finish. The visor pins are heavy-duty steel, zinc plated, and positioned to match original factory placement for proper alignment and function.
