This front disc brake conversion kit will fit Full Size Jeeps with Dana 25, 27, 30, and 44 front axles with 5x5.5 bolt pattern and features a massive 12 1/4” rotor that is 1 1/8” thick.

What sets this kit apart from others is the size, ease of install, no grinding, clears most aftermarket 16" wheels and it slides on over you existing hub. That means you do not have to replace your hubs with this kit.These are new calipers, not rebuilt like other kits. This kit uses a new big bore 2 3/4" piston caliper that is based on the metric GM and come painted black. Calipers are unlike those small Suzuki calipers/rotors on other kits, caliper bracket is unlike any bracket on the market and tucks the caliper out of the way so you don't have to grind and allows for more clearance if you are using stock wheels.

Kit Includes:

  • Vented rotors, 12 1/4" diameter and 1 1/8" thick. 5x5.5 bolt pattern.
  • New Coated GM loaded calipers and pads. Big bore piston 2 3/4". These wear parts can be purchased at any parts store.
  • Heavy duty caliper brackets, made in the USA. The Dana 44 kit includes longer studs needed to secure the bracket to the knuckle.
  • Front stainless steel brake hoses with banjo bolts, 26" in length. Please note if you would like 26" or 18" hoses.

Note: You must use 1.0", 1.5" to 2" wheel spacers if you use original 15" stock Jeep wheels. If running new style 16" steel wheel you are good go. If you are running a new aluminum wheel you'll need to run a 17" to avoid using wheel spacers. We encourage the 1.5" spacer if you aren't sure what size wheel spacer to go with. We will send you extra long studs if you order wheel spacers with your kit at no extra charge. Without wheel spacers you will be sent the standard length studs. You do not need bearings and races with this kit since you are re-using your existing hub. If you need longer studs (and no wheel spacers) use this front wheel stud.

Reconditioned parts come with a minimum warranty of 90 days, unless otherwise stated (Refer to product listing for warranty duration). The warranty is void if the parts are not returned in the same condition in which they are sold. Warranties for aftermarket parts are covered by the manufacturer.

What Are My Shipping Fees?

For orders delivered within the continental US where reason for return isn't a result of a JeepRecyclers.com/McDaniel Motor Co. error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided. The flat fee for each item being returned can be found in the chart below:
