Upgrade your Full Size Jeep drivetrain with this compact TH700R4 to Model 300 transfer case adapter, engineered specifically for 1963–1991 Full Size Jeep models. Designed for a seamless fit, this adapter measures just 3.1" long, keeping your overall transmission and adapter length at an efficient 26.5". Precision-machined from billet 6061 T6 aluminum, it delivers superior strength with thick flanges and a heavy-duty cross-section, ensuring lasting durability under demanding conditions.
The adapter features multiple transfer case clocking positions, from near-factory (20° down) to near-flat (3° down), letting you tailor the installation to your Full Size Jeep’s build. Please note, pan clearance and axle width may affect flatter positions. The modular mounting base is ready for a urethane isolator mount, offering versatile support options.
Each kit includes everything needed for installation: billet adapter housing, transfer case input, triple-alloy 27 spline Dana 300 input shaft, seals, gaskets, mounting base, and complete hardware. The 4WD TH700R4 transmission bolts directly to this kit—no transmission disassembly required—while a simple input shaft swap in the transfer case (bench job, typically 1–2 hours) gets you rolling. Upgrading to this input shaft brings superior strength and precise tolerances, maximizing your transfer case reliability for both stock and lifted Full Size Jeeps.

Reconditioned parts come with a minimum warranty of 90 days, unless otherwise stated (Refer to product listing for warranty duration). The warranty is void if the parts are not returned in the same condition in which they are sold. Warranties for aftermarket parts are covered by the manufacturer.
What Are My Shipping Fees?
For orders delivered within the continental US where reason for return isn't a result of a JeepRecyclers.com/McDaniel Motor Co. error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided. The flat fee for each item being returned can be found in the chart below:
