THESE RIMS ARE ALREADY RESTORED AND READY TO SHUP.

Rims are reconditioned using using a 9 step process. Including yet not limited to:

-First Rims are Hot Tank Cleaned  removing any grease, tar, etc with an industrial Parts Washer 
- Next the Rims are Media Cleaned via https://www.dustlessblasting.com/products : Removes any surface corrosion,  as well as test the integrity of the rim. Often times corrosion (Weak Points) will hide under small imperfections. 
-Rim Edges are then filed removing any sharp, or rough edges
-All OEM production seems are hand sanded removing any imperfections in the face of the rim (FRONT AND BACK)
-Rims are first sprayed with High Build Primer
-Rims are then block sanded  to create a perfect surface. Free of any imperfections
-High Build Primer is sprayed again followed by more block sanding
-Rims are then sprayed with the first coat of Brite White
-This is repeated 2 more times for a total of 3 coats (both sides)
-Rims are then Clear coated with 'Deltron Clear'.  Original  rims did not come with clear coat. Clear coat is a UV protectant which saves your paint from fading, as well as protects your rims from rocks, and other projectiles. It also makes them POP more :-). 
-Finally we install a New Valve Stem
