Description

The Wilwood caliper is a direct bolt-on 2 piston replacement for the factory original single calipers. Forged billet aluminum bodies, stainless steel pistons, and competition style high-temperature seals put and end to the rust, bore pitting, and seal failures that plague the OE caliper design. They also provide low-maintenance performance and a huge weight savings with high temperature reliability.

These Wilwood calipers mount in the stock location over stock rotors. Calipers can be used with most wheels that clear the OE calipers. Models 1974-1978 used a SAE through-bolt to hold the caliper to the backing plate, while 1979-1991 used a Metric through-bolt.  These calipers will work with both style through-bolts. The rear calipers with 1.25” piston provide 2.46 cubic inches of piston area per caliper, to maintain the original front to rear brake bias and use of the OE master cylinder.

Calipers come hardened slide pins, and are available in gray, black, or red anodyzed finish. 

These are sold individually, are a universal fit, and can be used on the driver side or passenger side front.

Parts returned that are not defective, are subject to a 25% restocking charge. JeepRecyclers.com/McDaniel Motor Co. is NOT responsible for any parts that have been altered, modified, disassembled, or damaged by misuse or an accident subsequent to the parts purchase.

Reconditioned parts come with a minimum warranty of 90 days, unless otherwise stated (Refer to product listing for warranty duration). The warranty is void if the parts are not returned in the same condition in which they are sold. Warranties for aftermarket parts are covered by the manufacturer.

What Are My Shipping Fees?

For orders delivered within the continental US where reason for return isn't a result of a JeepRecyclers.com/McDaniel Motor Co. error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided. The flat fee for each item being returned can be found in the chart below:
