This Power Brake Booster Vacuum Hose Kit is designed to restore the vacuum supply line between the intake manifold and brake booster on 1974–1980 Full Size Jeeps equipped with factory power brakes.
A proper vacuum seal at the brake booster is critical for maintaining consistent brake assist. Over time, original hoses can harden, crack, collapse internally, or develop vacuum leaks from age and engine heat. When vacuum loss occurs, brake pedal effort increases and braking performance can become inconsistent—especially during repeated stops or low-vacuum conditions.
This kit replaces the original vacuum hose using the correct 11/32" hose size, matching the factory-style configuration used on these FSJs. Also included are the necessary spring clamps and retaining zip tie to properly secure the hose assembly.
Replacing deteriorated booster vacuum hoses is a simple but important maintenance item for restoring dependable brake assist and maintaining proper engine vacuum integrity.

Reconditioned parts come with a minimum warranty of 90 days, unless otherwise stated (Refer to product listing for warranty duration). The warranty is void if the parts are not returned in the same condition in which they are sold. Warranties for aftermarket parts are covered by the manufacturer.
What Are My Shipping Fees?
For orders delivered within the continental US where reason for return isn't a result of a JeepRecyclers.com/McDaniel Motor Co. error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided. The flat fee for each item being returned can be found in the chart below:
