Our brand-new fuel sender is all-inclusive, ensuring you have everything you require for the replacement process. It comes with vital components like the Fuel Sender Lock Retaining Ring, Fuel Sender Filter, and Fuel Sender O-Ring Seal, guaranteeing a secure, leak-proof fit every single time.
Ohm range: Full 100-110, Empty 0-5
Engineered for smoother movement, in contrast to the original which was notably rigid, taking over 90 seconds to transition from top to bottom. Proudly made in the USA, our fuel sender uses superior metal quality and incorporates a Palladium Coated Ceramic Fuel Card with advanced Thin Film Technology, a significant improvement over the original's copper wiring. This ensures our sender resists corrosion and eliminates the risk of false readings.

Installation Insight: There's no need to detach the Fuel Tank when installing our Fuel Sender. Behind the driver-side rear seat, there's an access panel. You'll find a 5-6" circular plate - either riveted (if untouched) or secured with small sheet metal screws (if previously replaced). Upon removal, you can access the Fuel Sending Unit.

Reconditioned parts come with a minimum warranty of 90 days, unless otherwise stated (Refer to product listing for warranty duration). The warranty is void if the parts are not returned in the same condition in which they are sold. Warranties for aftermarket parts are covered by the manufacturer.
What Are My Shipping Fees?
For orders delivered within the continental US where reason for return isn't a result of a JeepRecyclers.com/McDaniel Motor Co. error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided. The flat fee for each item being returned can be found in the chart below:
