Our detailed restoration process is as follows:

1. Cluster Housing Restoration: Each housing unit is thoroughly stripped down to its core. We then initiate a comprehensive two-stage cleaning process, beginning with a Snap-On Industrial Parts Washer and removal of all stickers and old overlays. The second cleaning round employs a Glass Bead media cabinet, effectively removing original paint and debris. This exhaustive process ensures a meticulous examination of the housing's structural integrity.

2. Structural Repair: We utilize a specialized jig to rectify any warping that has occurred over time. Any integrity issues or cracks are resolved with our high-tech Snap-On Plastic Welder.

3. Cluster Housing Painting: In pursuit of absolute perfection, we apply a slight layer of body filler, followed by precise hand sanding. The housing is then treated with premium-grade primer, followed by a high-quality silver paint. Detailed with premium black paint, the housing stands out impressively. The final step is a protective clear coat, safeguarding the housing for years to come. If a new overlay is included, we custom fit it by hand to ensure a snug finish.

4. Cluster Lenses and Decals: We upgrade the original lenses with high-clarity, water jet cut Lexan lenses known for their superior light diffusion.
