Upgrade your Full Size Jeep’s fuel system with this precision-engineered In-Tank Fuel Pump Conversion Kit. Designed specifically for classic Wagoneer, Cherokee, Grand Wagoneer, J10, and J20 models, this kit allows you to retain your factory fuel tank while seamlessly adding the high-pressure capability required for modern GM Gen III+ LS engine swaps and popular EFI conversions like Holley Sniper, Pro-Flo, and Howell.

This comprehensive kit replaces your original pick-up tube or pick-up/sending unit combo with a high-performance in-tank pump that reliably delivers ~58 PSI, ensuring consistent fuel delivery for EFI systems. If your model uses separate pick-up and sending units, you’ll reuse your original sending unit—maintaining accurate fuel gauge function.

A premium pressure regulator/filter combo is included to provide steady, return-less operation at the required pressure for most LS-based swaps. For engines with a factory fuel rail regulator (typically 1997–2002 GM LS and Vortec), a regulator-free kit is also available—simply choose the correct option for your build. This kit can also be adapted for carbureted setups or other EFI conversions with the proper adjustable regulator and return line.

Kit Includes:

  • In-tank fuel pump assembly (fits stock tank)
  • Pressure regulator/filter combo (optional)
  • Hoses, fittings & connectors, regulator bypass, inline filter
  • Installation instructions

Fits:

  • 1970-1979 Wagoneer
  • 1974-1979 Cherokee
  • 1984-1991 Grand Wagoneer
  • 1963-1985 J-Series Truck

Note: Connection ports may not align exactly like your original setup, but you can rotate the assembly as needed for optimal hose routing and tank clearance. Before final installation, double-check all clamps and connections to ensure nothing has shifted or loosened during shipping.

Enjoy a clean, hassle-free install that maintains your Jeep’s original fuel tank appearance and sending unit operation while delivering modern performance and reliability.
