These COMP Cams 10° Steel Super Valve Locks are designed for performance valve spring and retainer setups using 3/8" valve stems and compatible 10° retainers.
When upgrading valve springs and retainers on an AMC V8, the valve locks must match the retainer angle, valve stem diameter, and valve groove style. These locks use a 10° lock angle, which helps spread valve spring load across the retainer more effectively than a standard 7° lock design.
Each lock is precision-machined from hardened steel and features a lash cap recess. Sold as a set of 32 pieces, enough for 16 valves.

These locks are not a direct stock replacement by themselves. They must be used with compatible 3/8" single-groove valves and matching 10° valve spring retainers, such as compatible COMP Cams 10° retainers.

Reconditioned parts come with a minimum warranty of 90 days, unless otherwise stated (Refer to product listing for warranty duration). The warranty is void if the parts are not returned in the same condition in which they are sold. Warranties for aftermarket parts are covered by the manufacturer.
What Are My Shipping Fees?
For orders delivered within the continental US where reason for return isn't a result of a JeepRecyclers.com/McDaniel Motor Co. error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided. The flat fee for each item being returned can be found in the chart below:
